Initial Client Consult
Understanding your business is the first and most crucial step in our process. In order to place the right person, we must first understand the fundamentals of our clients. On site meetings and site visits enable us to see firsthand what the right person looks like. Walking through the onboarding process, the challenges our clients have been facing and the expectations they have of our candidates ensures lower attrition and higher engagement from new starters.

Candidate Sourcing
We are permanently sourcing talent across our industries, building up market knowledge, providing top talent before our clients need it, and ensuring we are ready when they do. Once we understand the job brief and expectations we source first through our network and talent pool and then go to market with a campaign to make sure we put forward the most suitable person for the role.

Screening
Rigorous candidates onboarding is completed at discovery stage with all our candidates to first induct them into our business. This involves one on one interviewing, medical declarations, H&S induction, reference checking, literacy comprehension and can progress to D&A screening, Literacy and numeracy testing, GMP & H&S tailored inductions and site tours. As a trusted partner further to our screening expectations, the more of the process we manage saves our clients time and creates peace of mind.

Candidates Introduction
Introducing our candidate to site or our clients becomes a pragmatic solution, if this is a custom candidate profile, a team's meeting, how we prefer an in-person meeting or site tour or a tailored induction. Our aim is to become the recruitment arm of your business, trusted to complete a candidate onboarding as if it was our own business. This is where we will work with you, build service and supply quality to achieve this.

The final selection and job offer stage marks the culmination of the recruitment process, where the best-fit candidate is chosen based on thorough evaluations.
